Due to COVID-19, we are unable to do research outside of our library until restrictions are lifted.

Photos and record pick-ups are limited to the physical locations of archives, repositories, and the ancestral locations within Dodge and Jefferson Counties. An additional fee may be added for travel and fuel cost, depending on location.

We use both on-line and on site sources in preforming researches. We utilize but are not limited to the following records:

1. Historical records: birth, marriage and death records.
2. Census records.
3. Church records.
4. Immigration records.
5. Military records.
6. Court records.
7. Newspapers and obituaries.
8. City directories.
9. Community, civic, occupational records and publications.
10. Burial records.
11. Historical and genealogical society records.
12. Regional maps.
